Request a quote: common questions
What should I include in a quote request?
Your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the product or category you need, the quantity and the delivery location. If you have a BOQ, specifications or an approved brand list, add them under “Add project details” or attach the file.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, XLSX, XLS, JPG and PNG files, up to 5 MB, one file per request. Macro-enabled and zip files are not accepted. For larger files or several files, message AVIRAZ on WhatsApp.
What happens after I send the form?
You see a confirmation on the page, and you can send the same details on WhatsApp. AVIRAZ then reviews your requirement and may ask for missing details such as specifications or datasheet references before preparing sourcing options.
Does a quote request commit me to buy?
No. A request is an enquiry. Pricing, availability, lead times and terms are confirmed for each requirement after review, and nothing is agreed until you accept it.
Can I use WhatsApp or email instead of the form?
Yes. Use the WhatsApp button on this page, or write to avirazglobal@gmail.com. The form is the better route when you have a BOQ file to attach.
